Records Transfer List (RTL)

Participants will be able to find and complete the current Records Transfer List form in order to be able to transfer inactive records to a records center

  • April 24th, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
  • July 24th, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
  • October 23rd, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Records Disposition (RDA and SDA)

Participants will be able to find and complete the current Records Disposition Authorization (RDA) and Shred Bin Disposition Authorization (SDA) forms in order to have records destroyed by a contractor in compliance with State policy

  • April 25th, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
  • July 25th, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
  • October 24th, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Records Retention Schedules (RRS)

Participants will be able to find and interpret general records retention schedules e.g. the General Administrative Records Retention Schedule (GARRS) and their agency-specific records retention schedules

  • April 26th, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
  • July 26th, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
  • October 25th, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
